SHIPPING AND HANDLING
We ship worldwide and offer FREE INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING on all orders over $89 USD! As a store policy, our working times are Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm GMT+4. If you have placed an order over the weekend or holiday, they will be processed the following business day.
All orders will take 5-7 business days to process for shipping. International Shipping may vary depending on the destination, but should take a maximum of 10 business days. Please note that FUREVER is not responsible for any potential delay after your item has been shipped, as ship times do vary depending on your destination. Additional customs fees may apply. For more information on those fees please contact your postal office or local government. FUREVER does not enforce these fees, so we are not able to waive the fee upon delivery. If you fail to pay the custom fees, it will result in the parcel being sent back to us and additional shipping and handling fees will be inquired, which are non-refundable. Prior to making a purchase on our website, please note that all items are final sale. If you made a purchase on our website, you are agreeing to this and will not be eligible for a refund since all items are made-to-order. If you are unaware of color options, sizing or have any other concerns, you can email us at anytime.
All FUREVER orders go through our quality control prior to shipping to ensure you receive the best quality products. In the rare event that the item(s) you receive is defective, we ask that you email us on email@example.com with photos showing the defect or issue and one of our Customer Service reps will get back to you within 1-2 business days with steps on how to rectify this problem.
Please note that only items received in a defective condition will be allegeable for an exchange.
