SHIPPING AND HANDLING
We ship worldwide and offer FREE INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING on all orders! As a store policy, our working times are Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm GMT+4. Any orders placed on a weekend or holiday will be processed the following business day.
All orders will take 5-7 business days to process for shipping. International Shipping may vary depending on the destination, but should take a maximum of 10 business days. Please note that FUREVER is not responsible for any potential delay after your item has been shipped, as ship times do vary depending on your destination. Additional customs fees may apply. For more information on those fees please contact your postal office or local government. FUREVER does not enforce these fees so we are not able to waive the fee upon delivery. Failure to pay customs fees will result in the parcel being sent back to us in which additional shipping and handling fees will be inquired and are non-refundable. Please see our FAQ section for more detailed information on shipping options we provide for your country.
Please note that prior to making a purchase, all items sold on FUREVER are a final sale and will not be eligible for a refund as they are made-to-order, custom pieces.
All FUREVER orders go through quality control prior to shipping to ensure that you receive the best quality faux fur products. In the rare event that the item(s) you receive is defective, we ask that you email us on email@example.com with photos showing the defect or issue and one of our Customer Service reps will get back to you within 1-2 business days with steps on how to rectify this problem.
Please note that only items received in a defective condition will be allegeable for an exchange.
